Mails and requests for letters and statements will take longer to get processed, due to our Christmas holiday closure and the absence of staff members. Please take this into account when, for example, making your plans for your study/internship abroad.
On Wednesday December 23rd and December 30th there will be no walk-in hour.
The first regular walk-in hour via phone after the Christmas Holidays will be on Wednesday January 6th.
Mails and e-stips directed to us during our holidays will not be answered until after the respective holiday period.
Urgent questions, outside of the holiday closure period of the international office as mentioned above, can be mailed to email@example.com.
